The item I ordered arrived damaged, and they told me it’s not their issue. The courier didn’t lend a hand, so here I am, out of cash and without my product. Customer service is really lacking.

I absolutely adore how this came out! Honestly, when I was working on it and looking closely, I felt like it wasn't quite right. But once I stepped back, I was completely amazed by the final result. I'm definitely gonna order another custom piece because the quality is just top-notch!

I received a personalized diamond photo set, but the packaging was terrible. The canvas came all twisted up with a bunch of wrinkles. After I completed the painting, some beads just kept dropping off. I reached out to the customer service team, and the lady mentioned they ought to have used a stronger adhesive. It's such a letdown since I spent so much time on it. I only gave it two stars because the staff was nice and eager to assist, but honestly, the quality just wasn't worth it. I won't be buying again.

I placed an order for a canvas back in 2020, and I just started working on it this past fall. Now I'm halfway done and completely convinced that there aren't enough drills to wrap up the project. Plus, I'm missing an entire color, which I thought I might have misplaced, but honestly, as someone who crafts and puzzles a lot, I've never lost a piece before. I reached out to customer service, and they told me I was past the warranty period, then sent me a link to buy more from them. They couldn't even give me a ballpark figure on how many I should get. I mean, I don't expect them to know the exact number, but if I'm halfway through and already missing X, Y, and Z, you'd think they could at least provide a rough estimate. When you buy from a smaller company, you hope for better customer service than what you get from the big players. DAC has lifetime warranties on their products, and it's clear why this company only offers a year—they just can't back up their products. I suspect a lot of folks won't finish or even open their projects within the given timeframe, and I foresee more issues cropping up for this company as more customers start using their products.

I was really happy to receive this "Heartful of Diamonds" piece delivered safely to my home. I got it as a Christmas gift for a dear friend who has a disability and loves creating art. It's a pretty unique project, and I’m sure she’ll have a blast putting together this charming picture.

A couple of years back, I reached out to a rep named Jean, and she helped me with 2 custom pieces, which turned out great and she was super helpful. Just this week (October 27, 2022), I tried to get in touch with her again. SHE WAS STILL AROUND AND STILL REALLY HELPFUL. She helped me with another custom order, but this one was a bit trickier, yet she nailed the template and it’s already on its way! Heartful Diamonds sure have a gem in Jean. Thanks a bunch!

They turned a photo into diamond art. Wow! It came out fantastic. The only possible downside, which honestly wasn’t a big deal for me: if you’re in a rush to receive the kit from a picture, it took roughly 2 weeks. But that wasn’t a problem for me. I was missing about 50 drills of just one color, but they quickly sent those to me, so no complaints there! There were no shortages on any other colors; they provided more than enough.

I submitted a picture on Heartful Diamond's website and received all the supplies for my project pretty quickly. The image was printed on a 16"x 20" canvas. The completed diamond art is incredible—exactly like the original image but with those 5D diamond drills! Heartful Diamonds was super helpful and attentive. I’d totally suggest them!
